Men are continually shaped by the pressures, responsibilities, relationships, and decisions they face. FORGED provides a Christ-centered environment where men can grow in spiritual maturity, biblical integrity, personal responsibility, and faithful leadership.

The program challenges men to examine their character, confront unhealthy patterns, strengthen their spiritual disciplines, and become more dependable in their homes, churches, workplaces, and communities.

When specialized care is needed, participants can be connected with appropriate resources while the mentoring relationship continues to provide prayer, encouragement, accountability, and spiritual support.

Pastors continually pour into others, but they also need places where their own spiritual lives can be strengthened and cared for. TEND is a cohort-based discipleship experience created to support pastors and ministry leaders as they navigate the spiritual, relational, and personal demands of leadership.
